Darman Done is an app in the field of medicine that has many capabilities, but its main goal is to facilitate online booking of doctor appointments, which has been made possible with a new feature implemented in this app
Problem Statement
The main problem for users, especially those with a higher age range, was that working with similar apps was difficult for them, and usually the complexity and lack of ease in choosing the right time and the accuracy of the chosen time for their appointments would lead them to not use these apps
Possible Solution
The main difference of this app with its other competitors for attracting users’ attention is the ability to choose appointment based on preferred time and date, and other filters. In this way, users can select their desired time and date first (separate from other selectable) for faster scheduling and convenience, and then doctors are recommended to the user. (User engagement and increase in CTA rate)
